We are a Czech family-owned company operating in the market since January 2005. Since that time, the majority of our clients have come to us based on references and well-performed work.

Throughout our existence, we have been providing services in the field of elevator maintenance, repairs, reconstructions, installation of new elevators, modernization, and functionality expansion. We have installed touchless elevator controls, expanded controls with chip systems, and more. Our clients include housing associations (SVJ), families, developers, and other legal entities.

For our clients, we handle elevator installations and reconstructions in connection with the construction part (closing openings around doors after reconstruction, debris cleaning, ecological disposal), authorities (obtaining building permits, reporting construction, etc.), organizations (merging owner’s options, transportation, container takeover, etc.). We are capable of overseeing and solving all these items “turnkey.”

Annually, we construct up to 15 new elevators in Prague and its surroundings.

We exclusively handle service activities with our core employees. This ensures that our team, which you are familiar with, stands behind you.

We manage more than 500 elevators, including passenger elevators, freight elevators (to the kitchen, several-ton ones with passenger transport), car elevators, hydraulic and traction elevators, with and without machine rooms. We manage both new and old elevators, some of them dating back more than forty years. We maintain elevators in housing estates, hotels, parking lots, restaurants, schools, administrative buildings, warehouses, and family houses.

We regularly acquire new clients with requests for elevator service from leading global suppliers, mainly Schindler, KONE, OTIS, and other Czech manufacturers.

We participate in public procurement, successfully completing contracts exceeding 15 million. We were specifically asked to handle the service of a historical elevator in Switzerland. In our portfolio, we have some of the most demanding clients in the entire Czech Republic, as evidenced by our references.
